About Candace
Physician Assistant
Candace Moore, PA-C
Candace was born and raised in Ririe, Idaho. She began her college education at Brigham Young University–Idaho, earning her associate's degree before transferring to Idaho State University, where she completed a bachelor's degree in biology. In 2003, she entered ISU’s Physician Assistant program and graduated with her Master’s degree in 2005.
After completing her training, Candace moved to Las Vegas to be near family and spent the next 16 years working in primary care pediatrics. In 2021, she returned home to Eastern Idaho after getting married, where she has continued her career as a pediatric PA in both urgent care and primary care settings.
Candace is passionate about working with children and building long-term relationships with the families she serves. She especially enjoys watching her patients grow and thrive over the years.
Outside of work, Candace loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and extended family. She enjoys the outdoors—especially hiking, camping, and riding ATVs- and playing volleyball. Candace loves to travel, spend time on the beach and snorkel.
